I dance.  I tap.  On stage.

The girls take all kinds of dance: Ballet, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary.  And they have competed and fared pretty well.  After years of expressing my concern regarding how much lessons cost and the time dance takes away from family, I finally caved and decided to reinforce positive behavior.  I took dance classes.  It started with adult hip-hop and tap.  Now just tap.  Even tried ballroom with my wife; that was fun and I'd like to do it again!

I ran a 5K race this morning put on by Kale Running!

It was the longest I have run outside in a long time, the first time I have ever run cross country and this was CROSS COUNTRY! UP and DOWN two hills twice! Results per Kale Running:
